TalentOps is a product by BeLike (“we”, “our”, “us”). We respect the privacy of our customers and the candidates whose data is processed on our platform.

We process the following types of data on behalf of our customers:

• Candidate information (name, email)
• Interview recordings and transcripts
• Resume files and external links (optional)
• AI-generated interview evaluations and decisions

All data is provided by customers for hiring evaluation purposes.

2. How We Use Data

We use data solely to:

• Analyze interviews
• Generate Hire / Hold / Reject decisions
• Provide confidence scores, reasoning, and evaluation insights

We do not sell, rent, or use this data for advertising purposes.

3. AI & Data Usage

Interview data is processed to generate AI evaluations for the specific customer workspace. We do not use customer data to train public or shared AI models.

4. Data Ownership

Customers retain full ownership of all data uploaded to TalentOps. We act as a data processor on behalf of our customers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is logically isolated per workspace. We use industry-standard security practices to protect stored data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Customers may request deletion of their data at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and AI processing. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated.
